Originally trained as an engineer with a specialization in signal processing and computing, he has worked for the first part of his professional life in global companies (Philips, Hitachi and Microsoft) and in start-ups, as a marketing and business development executive.
He has completed a Post-Graduate in Neuroscience of Leadership, is a Graduate of Harvard Program on Negotiation, an International Mediation Institute Certified Mediator and a De Bono Thinking Systems Facilitator.
He is currently conducting a PhD about mediation at TU Dresden, Germany, and works as Head of Learning and Innovation at Singapore Management University, Exd Division.
Ana Maria Gonçalves is the Founder and Past-President of ICFML (Instituto de Certificação e Formação de Mediadores Lusófonos), a Qualifying Assessment Program of the International Mediation Institute that has already certified more than 400 mediators in Brazil. She is a Certified PCC Coach involved in executive development in the capacity of coach, consultant, facilitator and workshop leader. Ana takes a multi-disciplinary approach to working with clients. She combines her coaching and mediation expertise with the latest research in applied positive psychology and neuroscience.

Jeremy is an independent lawyer and ADR Neutral. He is a JAMS International Panelist and specializes in designing and implementing international commercial dispute prevention and resolution processes. He is a Vice-Chair of the Independent Standards Commission of the International Mediation Institute (IMI), the Co-Chair of the Swiss Chamber of Commercial Mediation (Section Romande), and a panelist with AAA/ICDR, CMAP, CPR, IBMS, ICC, CMAP, INTA, IMI, SKWM/CSMC/SCCM, the Singapore Mediation Centre and WIPO. He qualified as an English barrister in 1989, as a US Attorney-at-Law (NY State & USPTO) in 1990/1 and is admitted to the Geneva Bar since 2003, where he is a member of the Executive Committee of the Section of Foreign Lawyers. Jeremy is a Door Tenant with QUADRANT CHAMBERS in London, an advisor to CHARLES RUSSELL LLP in Geneva and London, and counsel to PEARL COHEN ZEDEK LATZER LLP in New York and Tel Aviv. He has a MA Oxon degree in Physiological Sciences and in Jurisprudence from Lincoln College in Oxford.
He is the former CEO and General Counsel of OVIMMUNE SA, a past Director and General Counsel of MEDABIOTECH SA and worked as IP counsel and as an international commercial lawyer for BECTON DICKINSON, INC. Jeremy also worked as an associate attorney for FISH & NEAVE in New York and is a former partner of ALTENBURGER SA (legal + tax) in Switzerland. He is a past Co-Chair of the International Section of the American Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution and a former member of the Standards and Practices Committee, and past Chair of the Mediation Subcommittee of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). Jeremy is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Geneva and at the Federal Polytechnic School of Lausanne (EPFL) in Switzerland. He handles international negotiations, mediations, conciliations, arbitrations, litigations and mixed ADR hybrid processes in a wide range of fields and technologies and lives with his wife and two daughters in Geneva, Switzerland.
Olga Klimecki holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Zurich, Switzerland. She is a senior researcher at the University of Geneva, Switzerland, and has been investigating the impact of meditation training on the plasticity of the brain, emotions, and social behavior since 2007. She started meditating in 2008 at the Insight Meditation Society, MA, USA and immediately felt like coming home.
Experiencing the immense benefits and richness of meditation, she decided in 2020 to train as a mindfulness meditation teacher with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. Olga is a renowned public speaker and provides talks and in-house trainings on developing the potential of individuals, groups and organizations. Olga speaks English, German, Polish and French.
